Equity & Sustainability: Energy

Paul Jr. was deeply concerned about the disproportionate impact of global climate change on impoverished nations. He recognized that renewable energy plays a crucial role in addressing global climate change and ensuring access to energy for underrepresented populations, powering the technologies necessary for housing, food production, water purification, and distribution. Many of his engineering projects centered on innovative energy generation from photovoltaic sources, electric generators, and energy storage solutions, all directed towards decreasing greenhouse gas emissions and ensuring the affordability of renewable energy. His initiatives demonstrated his commitment to environmental stewardship and his dedication to leveraging technology to propel the world toward a fairer and more sustainable future.
